After the fantastic musical duo The Rubber Bishops disbanded Bill Bailey might have been left in the comedy wilderness but luckily he persevered and his Cosmic Jam show of the previous year sent him sky high before he topped it with this nominated show. An iconic role in Black Books was to follow a few years later as was a superb residency on Never Mind The Buzzcocks.
