Tingle was another of the many welcome guests from across the pond and a distinctive voice who Edinburgh audiences took to their hearts. A former commentator for 60 Minutes and collaborator with David Frost on his PBS show Tingle has notched up appearances on The Tonight Show, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, and has recorded his own HBO special. More recently, Tingle appeared in the Chris Rock film Head of State.
