This West Country whirlwind went full throttle for her Fringe debut. Jayde Adams’ ‘31’ (the title being a nod to Adele) mixed stand-up, dancing, more costume changes than a Lady Gaga gig and a whole heap of in-ya-face confidence. But beneath her brassiness Adams showed her vulnerability as she talked about coming to terms with an event in her life that knocked her confidence. Impressive stuff from the self-styled ‘octuple threat’.
