Watson's career started in The Cambridge Footlights an involvement for which he was nominated for a Perrier newcomer award, his subsequent stand up was nominated for a Perrier newcomer award in 2005. Television appearances include notable stints on Nevermind the Buzzcocks and also We Need Answers, Mock the Week and Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow.
